The high tech bathtub is great.

10 mins walk to subway station. It didn’t look far on the map but my actual feeling is far and a bit tiring. Moreover, this hotel is difficult to find if you drive there yourself.

Great value and near Ramen Shingen!

The value for the price is excellent! Especially for a family or a group of friends as the rooms are all suites and roomier than similar prices hotel rooms. The friendly staff were able to speak enough English, and very helpful with getting taxis. Thank you, ladies and gentlemen! Your service is excellent! There are lots of things close by within walking distance. A highly rated ramen house is Ramen Shingen, which is only a 2 minute walk away! But be prepared for a wait in line as it is very popular so go before opening time in the morning! The action packed Sapporo Station area is also only a 30 minute walk away so Randor is close enough to the best sites but far enough away to be cheaper than other locations.

I wish there was complimentary water but not even one bottle of water was provided. However, there is a Lawson's convenience store about a 2 min walk away so there was no problem in finding and getting water.

Overpriced for the lack of service but large room

A large room. Fridge

No cleaning for a week and no new towels unless we bring used ones to reception. Reception open only half a day. 2 washing machines for 7 floors of apartments, paid! and with no washing powder/liquid provided! In Tokyo we had a much smaller apartment with private washing machine and powder provided.

Good location, if you can get it at a significant discount, but would be expensive at normal price

Good location, big room with everything you need. Price was good but I got around 50% off with various offers etc. I would not have paid full price for it.

I don’t think it would be good value for money at full price. One sofa had stains on it for the price I paid I could live with it but at full price…. The lock on our door broke and we had to move room just after we had settled in. The staff were excellent and helpful with the move.

Great place, near city center

Nice big room, 1 double and 2 single beds. Only issue is that there is no privacy and everyone disturbs the others. Amazing bath area, with in built jacuzzi, fantastic four this price point. Here they could have seperated the commode area and the shower area with a seperate door. Thees a kitchen with all amenities, the aircon is great For some reason they have a coat hanging rod right after you enter the room, we bumped our head on it, so be careful

Great hotel close to Susukino

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and inviting. The hotel itself was also very clean with a modern aesthetic and a beautiful bathroom.

The only thing I can think of is that the tatami mats were hard and didn't have any give to them. Other than that I can't think of anything else.

Comfy spot in the fun part of town!

The location was wonderful, the beds were clean and comfy, and the shower/bath were lovely

The layout of the room was a bit awkward. The laundry pole was in the center of the room at the end of one of the beds. My friends hit their heads on it a couple times late at night. The toilet did not have its own door if that matters to anyone in the future. Other than that there were no issues

Spacious rooms perfect for our family's needs

The room was very clean and spacious. We appreciated having a lounge area in addition to the beds. We also liked having a kitchenette with microwave, basic cooking equipment and utensils. Free amenities such as slippers, toothbrushes etc. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful despite our limited Japanese and their limited English. Location is excellent as the hotel is just outside the Susukino district, so it was a quiet street but still only a short walk to restaurants, shopping such as the Tanukikoji mall, and attractions. Several convenience stores are located around the corner, as is the streetcar line, which for a small flat fare can take you into the central Odori area, around Susukino, and down to the Mount Moiwa ropeway (which unfortunately was closed for maintenance during our stay). We found public transport very easy to use while in Sapporo, and we used the New Chitose airport train, the local buses and the streetcars - although our family of four found it easier to catch a taxi to the hotel from Sapporo train station rather than taking our luggage on public transport. Tip: Make sure you bring coins for bus and streetcar fares.

The bathroom hot water was a bit confusing, perhaps a bit more high-tech than we are used to, as you need to push a button on the control panel above the bath tub to activate the shower hot water and we aren't very good at reading Japanese.

Will be back for a 3rd time for sure.

Our second time staying. Very fast and easy check in-out. Friendly staff. Spacious room with very big comfy beds and big bathroom with spa. Small kitchen in the room with fridge and freezer. Walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Little far from main train station. No cleaning service due to covid but we can change towels everyday.

I would rate this hotel a fair one.

Location is convenient but a bit off. Staff was freindly but language was a problem. Room was large.

No cleaning at all (no garbage collection). Staff was freindly but difficult to get them to help on any extra thing such as calling taxi. No water, coffee or tea in the room.
